Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Regular Class Bookings 1. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 3-Hour Window: Participants may reschedule or cancel their regular class bookings up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 3 hours prior to the class start time are not permitted, and the session will be forfeited without refund or credit. 2. ARRIVAL & ATTENDANCE Strict Start Time: Participants must arrive before the scheduled start time. Late Policy: Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of that session without compensation. 3. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS Moonlight Dance Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel any class. In such cases, efforts will be made to notify participants in advance. In the event of a studio-initiated cancellation, a credit or refund may be issued at the studio's discretion. 4. LIABILITY & CONDUCT Waiver: Moonlight Dance Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings on the premises. Health: Participants must inform instructors of any health concerns prior to class. Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive behavior. By completing this booking, you agree to these terms.
