Terms and Conditions for Moonlight Dance Studio Plans and Passes
1. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
All fees for plans and passes are due upon purchase and are strictly non-refundable.
- General Plans: All sales are final.
- Special Classes: Purchases for Special Classes (including but not limited to Kangoo Jumps, Aerial Art, and Aerial Yoga) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. PASS ACTIVATION AND VALIDITY
Passes are activated from the date of purchase. The following validity periods apply strictly to all passes:
- 4-Class Pass: Valid for one (1) month from date of purchase.
- 8-Class Pass: Valid for two (2) months from date of purchase.
- 20-Class Pass: Valid for three (3) months from date of purchase.
- Specialty Classes (Kangoo Jumps, Aerial Art for Kids & Aerial Yoga): Valid for two (2) months from date of purchase.
Unused sessions will not be carried forward beyond the pass duration.
3. EXTENSION POLICY
To ensure fair access to classes for all students, the following extension policy is strictly enforced:
- Maximum Extension: Class passes may be extended for a maximum period of one (1) week only.
- Strict Limit: No further extensions will be granted beyond this one-week grace period for any reason.
4. BOOKING AND ATTENDANCE
Participants must book their sessions in advance. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of that session without compensation.
5. PASS TRANSFERABILITY
Plans and passes are non-transferable between individuals and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to another account.
6. CANCELLATION
No cancellations or refunds are permitted for purchased plans or passes.
7. SCHEDULE CHANGES
Moonlight Dance Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel any class or session. In such cases, efforts will be made to notify participants in advance.
8. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Participants must adhere to all studio rules and instructions provided by instructors. Participants should inform instructors of any health concerns or injuries that may affect their participation.
9. LIABILITY
Moonlight Dance Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the premises.
10. CONDUCT
Respectful and appropriate conduct is expected from all participants. Moonlight Dance Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with studio rules or engaging in disruptive behavior.
11. JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
By purchasing a plan or pass from Moonlight Dance Studio, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
