  • These performance-prep classes are entirely separate from regular class schedules and regular passes.

Q: What exactly does the program include?

  • The program runs for 10 weeks, featuring one 1.5-hour class per week, totaling 10 classes.

  • It also includes two final rehearsals: one at the studio and one at the performance venue.

Q: Can I use the Rehearsal Pass for regular studio classes?

  • No, the pass is valid only for your assigned performance-prep class.

  • It is sold as a full 10-class bundle and cannot be substituted or used for regular classes.

Q: What if I am performing in multiple pieces?

  • One Pass covers a single weekly class.

  • If you are participating in more than one class, you must purchase an additional bundle for each.

  • A discount is available on any additional bundle purchased.

Q: How are class placements determined?

  • The studio assigns students to specific groups based on their level, dance style, and the specific piece they will be performing.

Q: Who do I contact if I have questions about my placement or pricing?

  • Direct any questions regarding placement, bundles, or pricing to studio management before you register.

  • These details cannot be changed once registration closes.

Q: When is payment due?

  • Your spot in the performance group is not held until payment is received.

Q: Are costumes included in the pass?

  • Students must coordinate with their teacher to decide on, order, pay for, and care for their own costumes.

Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?

  • You can receive a full refund if requested within one week of purchase.

  • After the one-week window, passes are non-refundable, except in cases of illness.

  • For illness-related refunds, a doctor's note confirming the student cannot attend is required before a refund may be issued.

Q: What happens if I miss a class?

  • Students are permitted up to 3 absences.

  • If a student exceeds 3 absences and is deemed not performance-ready, they may be removed from the show.

  • If necessary, a teacher may recommend arranging a private lesson to help a student catch up.

  • Attendance at both the studio and venue final rehearsals is strictly mandatory for all Pass holders.

Q: What should I do if I feel unwell on a rehearsal or show day?

  • Unwell students should not attend rehearsals or the final show.
