Service Description
This class is created for women who want to strengthen their pelvic floor, improve deep core stability, and develop better body awareness in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Using gentle, controlled, ballet-inspired exercises, we focus on the pelvic floor, deep abdominal muscles, posture, balance, and coordinated movement. The class is low-impact and mindful, emphasizing quality of movement, breath, and control rather than intensity. This class is ideal for women who: • spend long hours sitting • feel weakness in the core or pelvic area • want to improve posture and body control • are looking for a calm, focused, and effective training approach The goal of the class is not therapy or medical treatment, but long-term support for women’s health through awareness, strength, and intentional movement. Suitable for various fitness levels.
